A female incel who drops her standards to "will bang any man" will get offers from guys who, even if mediocre, are still more desirable than male incels. Meanwhile even if a male incel drops his standards to "will bang any woman" there aren't any women desperate enough to get with him. There are always more desirable men out there for desperate women to choose, so the male incel is kinda pushed out of the market. At least, that's what dating site statistics say.
