If you go back 18 months+ the news actually reported on the hispanic and white crazies, and also highlighted white, Latino and black victims. Now it is solely the black street urchin nut jobs and solely Asian victims making headlines. Not sure how this is supposed to help the issue. It is actually sidestepping the issue entirely.
