Robot2600 01/13/22 9:39:49 PM #24:	FF8 only leveled enemy HP, so their str and other stats remained the same. It's actually dynamic leveling done right. Oblivion is the first one that comes to mind. You can steal so much that you level up, but not in combat or HP, and everything kills you and you have to start over.
