Eh, one of the slim silver linings of Trump valuing his own life over everyone else's is that he never got the memo that being anti-vaxx was the new right-wing rallying cry - Covid no-doubt scares the shit out of him, especially after he had it, and he wouldn't hesitate to take any and all treatment to protect himself from it.

Now I'm basing this on the suspicion that he's a germaphobe, which might be something I just half-remember hearing somewhere, so take that with a grain of salt. But it falls in line with his recent behavior. He's not risking the wrath of his core base by halfheartedly chastising them over not getting the jab simply because he wants extra credit for its development (though that might be a slight contributing factor) - he's doing it because he simply can't fathom why his supporters would be so motherfucking dumb as to be violently opposed to getting vaccinated against a deadly disease.
