The Jim Beam has a little more bite to balance the sweetness of the Crown, as opposed to doubling up with apple Crown as well. I guess you could consider it more of a concept than a specific fine-tuned recipe. (It's generally just a quick make for friends and family, for reference, not anything professional by any means, heh.) Oooh, I like the sound of that. Using coffee creamer like that is actually something I've dabbled in as a substitute for general cream in a few things as well.
