Depends on what you mean by peak. I'll probably never match up with the drive and testosterone of a 20 year old athlete anymore but I'm in the best physical shape of my life. As long as you take care of yourself, men tend to age gracefully, and we still look great with gray hair and some wrinkles. Financially, and maturely, you're probably gonna peak more in your 40s and 50s. Of course, if you're fat and sit around all day, your knees and hips are probably gonna have some trouble in your early 30s.
