Topic	Playing FF12 for the first time
masterpug53 01/05/22 1:21:08 PM #16:	What really sold me on the game (and helped me look past its shortcomings) was the sprawling, lavishly-detailed world of 12's depiction of Ivalice, which was quite breathtaking at the time. Doubt that aspect would hold up for someone playing the game for the first time these days though. Soundtrack's still a thing of beauty, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise just because it's not Uematsu's work. And it must be said that while I'm very forgiving towards most video game characters that others seem to hate, even I'll freely admit that Vaan is irredeemable. Also...
