Red one is tonkatsu sauce (which is ketchup, japanese soy sauce, worchershire sauce and honey) White should be Japanese mayo, but I used normal mayo mixed in some msg and champange vinegar to give it more character. I am not sure what I think about this one. If you offered me a taste I would try it.
