Like she knows me pretty well even outside of the relationship she should know I'd have been able to handle something like "Hey I'm in a weird place rn let's hold off on chatting or contact for a bit"

I guess that gets back to her being bad at confronting emotions. It does suck, and yeah now that I understand your relationship better it does seem odd she couldnt throw you a courtesy text.

But again, it doesnt reflect on you at all. Im constantly dropping out of text conversations with no explanation whatsoever even with my closest friends and family and it doesnt say anything negative about them at all, its just me and my own dumb brain not letting me keep up relationships.
