I like it colder during the day and hotter at night to match the natural tempature change of my circadian rhythm. Its not uncommon for me to temp 95-96 in the morning and at night. Even close to 94 isnt unusual enough for me to be concerned. I am comfortable at like...69-73 at night lol. 66 during the day is fine because I am a bit more active and my body temp is warmer in general. Sinus issues + Medicore circulation(Partly genetic partly from posture) + Autistic hypersensitivity=Fuck the cold.
