Its not really controversial to point out that being overweight is generally bad for ones heath. Yes not mainstream among normal people but it's pretty mainstream among fat people. I was going out with at least four or five obese women and they all had the same issue. Instead of trying to self improve theirselves they were trying to learn to accept themselves as they were. One of them actually had a legitimate excuse for being overweight, because she had a ankle that was fractured or something.
