If you like mustard, I would recommend mustard with Scotch Bonnet pepper sauces. Mustard is an incredibly underrated sauce to deliver heat.

For something hotter, featuring Scorpion pepper, and pairs excellently with just about anything due to simple ingredients. Think Tabasco but better tasting and hotter, though I don't find this one EXTREMELY hot. This is my upper limits for everyday hotsauce.

For extreme heat, anything with Pepper X or Apollo Pepper. I tend to avoid extracts or concentrates, as a lot of those are made of the same stuff they make mace with.
