But they hammered everyone with rules and excluded them from participating in activites and then took away their ability to provide for themselves or family. While the intention of this dodnt have racist intentions, it is a policy that affects certain races more than others, and this info was available at the time.

Very nice of them. If the areas are genuinely void of ability to get a vaccine, that's fine and smart but should have happened before they punished everyone
