It's rough but doable. One suggestion is low fat cottage cheese for breakfast, if you can stomach it. An entire tub is really filling, 72 grams of protein, but only 480 calories.

Another suggestion is to do cardio and lifting. You can do about 500 calories several days a week. Any day you do this, you can then eat 1700 calories. I personally am less hungry with 1700 calories and a 500 calorie workout than simply limiting it to 1200.
