Topic	Bi-yearly that only bad people use fireworks at home.

I grew up in Hawaii where fireworks are illegal yet the entire island pops off when the clock strikes midnight. It is annoying when people pop them on days other than the ones mentioned but kids will be kids. I have a dog and shes awesome. She does bark when shes at someone elses place and hears them, but when shes at home shes calm. Ive heard stories of dogs getting out cause of fireworks, but I also dont agree with people leaving their dogs outside, period.
