As men have sex and ejaculate they can literally decrease their overall lifespan over time if they overdo it. Men generally have larger bodies and more muscle by default, which also requires more calories to keep healthy and maintain and higher calorie consumption causes the body to work harder to burn it off if the person doesn't get lots of exercise regularly and there seems to be a direct connection between higher calorie consumption and organ problems which also resorts in a shorter lifespan in the long run. Men tend to like to consume meat and fatty foods more which also aren't good for the body and causes organ problems. Men tend to be more aggressive which could lead to physical confrontations which serious, lasting bodily harm could be incurred.
