They haven't taken any away to my knowledge, but they are very very sparing on adding additional ones (especially with NES/SNES in the last few months) and the additions are usually not that great. They did add some Genesis and look like they'll be adding one to N64 every month or so (added Paper Mario this month and Banjo-Kazooie will be coming next month).
