I mean it's not unusual for powerlifters to have relatively unimpressive physiques in comparison to their strength because they train for movements instead of hypertrophy, they don't tend to do a bunch of machine accessory stuff for no good reason and they don't tend to cut down for aesthetics. Still, this is a pretty extreme example. Guy has extreme strength but very little mass.
