Topic	Just found out my gf ad her ex take her to her Xmas get together.

The best thing that can be done in this situation is too learn from it. Dump her, and then figure out what went wrong, and make the proper corrections to patch them up. I agree with everything you said except for saying that it happened because of something TC did. It's good for TC to learn from this and better himself, but blaming him for her actions doesn't help him. He already started this topic basically stating he wanted to hurt himself.
