Topic	Witnesses two seperate shoplifting incidents today

The first one, I saw a guy running with a backpack of what I assume was booze since he had a bottle in his hand. He was getting chased but managed to swerve the guy chasing him The second one I caught in the act. He was stuffing his backpack with booze.
