Unless you're sweating heavily every day, or live in a place that's hot enough that you sweat regularly, it's healthier for your skin to not shower every day. Soap and water will hurt your skin. Its like if i eat too much i might starve. Its not like every modern day soap is hydrating. You want a nice layer of oil.
