I remember reading about this. I like how she doesn't understand that we rope off people from smoking due to the inherent risk smoking has on other people that they don't have a say in due to second hand smoke. The moment I see second hand fatness I'm running for the hills.

And yeah; all research shows that shaming those that are obese is the worst case scenario. As a fat dude that's on the path to recovery my eating habits were a lot based around depression and general feelings of bleh. I'm not saying that's the case for everyone but a good portion of obesity can probably be linked to self esteem and stress issues that causes a downward spiral
