Topic	I just sent this email to management at work. Will I be fired?

Though if youre pursuing years of back pay, then your managers probably cant do that anyways. I thought about this as well. I hope they do escalate it. Things like this are among the many grievances most employees are afraid to tackle. I mean if this grows into a huge thing it could be ground breaking.
