You don't think that cop would rather be chilling in his car peacefully during a silent shift? He doesn't want adversity, he doesn't want a bad situation, he's forced to go there because someone else made a horrible decision. And now the cop is under stress and also made a mistake because he probably thought the guy was armed so he shot him. 2 mistakes are made, I'm going to follow the order of chronology.
