anyways I hope this day is finding you well. If not then push it off you and just leave where you are and go for a walk. Youll feel better. If youre working and you can manage it just level with your boss if you have one and tell them you gotta get outta there even if its just a couple hours early for your mental health.

obviously if you make a habit of things like that then youre obnoxious and no one is gonna see you as a hard worker, but every once in a while people gotta make time to care for themselves before anyone else
