It really is possible to completely change your personality. Hate how you have no friends? Make an effort to get to know new people. Hate being single? Go on some dates. Its literally never been easier to find someone else. So many boring ass people out there. Go be adventurous. Life is way too short to be a shut in recluse whos too depressed to make an actual change. And yes, this topic is directed towards you. I think its a hell of a lot more complicated than that but overall I agree, from my own experience.
