Take with a grain of salt, but key details:

- Shuma-Gorath and Wanda are the key villains (Shuma-Gorath is confirmed via the trailer and leaked merchandise). Shuma-Gorath is "killed" early on, but it turns out that he actually didn't die and has instead been slowly taking control of Wanda's body

- Wanda kills Baron Mordo before the Marvel Studios logo, presumably under the influence of the Darkhold. The version seen in the trailer is Master Mordo, from an alternate universe (the Illuminati timeline) where he became a Master of the Mystic Arts. The existence of Master Mordo is confirmed via merchandise.

- Wanda is trying to find her children in alternate realities, but she's only able to travel in her astral form, and she needs a physical body to reach them. This is where America Chavez comes in, who has the ability to create portals to alternate dimensions.

- A version of the Illuminati exists in Master Mordo's reality, which features Captain Carter from What If, Clea, Monica Rambeau, Balder and it's led by Professor X.

- Wanda apparently kills a lot of people while under the possession of Shuma-Gorath and the Darkhold
