TopicI lost my fancy pen, and this has upset me more than I thought it would.

Recently I bought a Cross Wanderlust Borneo. I was at an office max that was going out of business, and their fancy pens were 40% off, so I snagged a $60 pen(cheapest I can find online is just office max not on clearance) for $36. This was supposed to be my forever pen: a pen so nice, you don't need anything else. Well, in my case, I wouldn't, because while I like a nice pen I am not a huge pen fanatic.

I lost it at work. Tore up the place. Cannot find it. I think I know what happened: I had it clipped to my pants pocket. It must have clipped onto a plastic bag I gave to a customer, because I noticed this happen before with a pen in a similar position clipped on my pants, but I caught it before anything bad happened. I was also remarking how the clip on the pen wasn't clipping as tight as usual(which, Cross pens seem notorious for clips losing tension). That is the only thing I can think of because I cannot find it anywhere and I remember where I last had it(at work, writing something in the office), so it isn't lost in my car or at my house. I hope, if my theory about it clipping on to a bag is correct, the person who got the bag returns it, but I wouldn't count on it.

Sigh....It was a fun two months while it lasted.
