It was the clusterfuckiest of clusterfucks. And it had that weird medallion shit with Spike that so blatantly tied in with Angel. I've never watched Angel and never felt like the Buffy series was forcing me to watch it to understand what the hell was happening, but I did in season 7. I hate the axe, too.
