| Topic | What's, in retrospect, the silliest reason you've given up playing a game? |
| BlueCrystalTear 12/08/21 11:56:08 AM #1: | I usually don't give up playing games unless life gets in the way or it gets boring, but this question randomly occurred to me. My silliest reason is probably KOTOR for PC... because my PC was too new to run it correctly with its resolution and Windows 10. Worth noting that my second monitor is from when that game was still new so I could probably try that way... Other reasons I've abandoned games: -Getting a game over after the game deliberately didn't let me save for 40+ minutes and having to redo all that (I tried again, same thing happened, I gave up) -Poor graphical quality interfering with gameplay -Using a slur like it's funny -An extraordinarily obnoxious main character (twice, both JRPG sequels) Trying to think of other reasons and nothing's coming to mind.
