The show doesn't actually start airing in Japan until the start of January. I don't think Netflix has actually put out a full release schedule, but I don't think we should expect episode 13 onwards until after these first 12 episodes air weekly in Japan, and maybe not until the second cour of episodes air as well since Netflix likes to wait.
