Topic	I can't go on the PlayStation on my PS3 :(

Did it with one of mine; it came right for a while but died again about 3 months later (at which point I just replaced it with a superslim). Only bother with it if you've got data on there (not-backed-up save files or no-longer-available downloaded content etc) that you really want to recover. I did a little bit of research into it at the time, most sources say it's a wire of some kind that came loose and needs to be reattached. I'll do it someday, but I don't really use my PS3 for much anymore anyhow. I'd only ever need it to play MGS4 again, which...admittedly I might need to do soon.
