When I used to be seeker, my main team was in the box. So, for example, I can over grind my Inferape if Inferape is in the box. The only Pokmon than get experience are Pokmon on your team. If you dont understand that, you either don understand the game, are joking, or are trolling. My main team currently is Inferape, Torterra, Empoleon, Staraptot, Luxray, and Alakazam. When I used the bathroom seeker, all of them were in the box. The ones I had out were Munchlax, and a bunch of underleveled Pokmon that I was evolving, which meant none of the main team that I use.
