Topic	Almost all stores in downtown San Francisco being boarded up.

They dont add up the costs from multiple incidents if its a repeat offender cause they dont keep the cases open unless more than just stealing happened (like threats or assault). At least thats what we were told by one cop who responded to our store (back when I worked in retail, also it was in the EastBay not SF). Sometimes a responding officer would give us a talk or vent and most times it was just a general it is what it is stay safe its not worth it and bringing up that specific Proposition.
