Topic	Utah cutting welfare spending by offloading it to the Mormon church

Of course if they try to offer it only with strings attached like conversion in the case of non-members like they seem to be doing according to the article then that shouldn't count towards state welfare spending but if they dropped that I'd be totally cool with the whole thing tbh.
