| Krojen 11/29/21 1:45:35 PM #103: | The studies are in favor of humans having better health outcomes without meat. Which makes sense because what special property does meat have nutritionally? Its just protein you can get elsewhere, saturated fat that your doc nags you to stop eating, a cancerous form of iron, and less vitamins than plants. Ive been vegan for many years, powerlift, am deficient in nothing, and take no vitamin pills. I eat for pennies a day, because beans are cheaper than meat and pack much more nutrition. I get my b12 like the majority of Americans do: fortified foods like cereal. As for morality, emblem boy astutely pointing out how these things go sometimes. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
