It just seems like bullying someone of a certain disability. This isn't a case of 'oh, this person is blind and is drawing this to show their own bullying experiences'. The character is FULL ON BLIND, not able to see things directly in front of her. And the art is consistent, so the artist is clearly not fully blind. It's just cruel, and, yes, sadistic.

But yes, perfectly fine to draw someone getting bullied in various ways because the art is 'depressingly cute' or whatever.
Do you think it's immoral in general for art to depict fictional cruelty? These comics seem like they could yield much more interesting readings than that, and a receptive-enough audience could draw something valuable (not just schadenfreude) out of them. What is the purpose of ignoring that complexity and moralizing about the surface elements instead?
