Whelp... Here's the thing. I'm gonna put this in spoilers so anyone who doesn't want to read it doesn't have to.
My biggest fear regarding this is that this is a retaliatory attack for the Rittenhouse verdict. That the man was so outraged at the outcome he decided to drive his car into a parade to try and kill as many as he could. We know he has multiple pro-BLM posts and I'm praying to GOD this isn't the case. I don't think anyone but the sickest and more psychotic people will approve of him wounding/killing not just innocent civilians having a parade but children and the elderly at that. But if he gets convicted on manslaughter or murder will likely provoke one of the two tribes, especially based upon what his own testament and the evidence supports. I will presume innocent until proven guilty even when the person is guilty. I.E. In this case I won't assume the worst outcome and will believe the least-guilty/severe version until there is reasonable evidence and even then I'm willing to at least provide the benefit of the doubt. However my biggest fear is that, regardless of his actions, the charges will provoke either the left or right into mass action.
