The problem with that is she's only 15, so she would have had to finish college by like 12 which is possible. It does seem like she knew Gendo and Yui and was close in 3.0+1.0(Gendo's Yui rant), plus she knows how the Eva's work qnd seems to have that level of education but it's very confusing.
