I lived in a nice 1 bed 1 bath apartment (860 sq ft close to the med center) for $1500 a month and still had plenty of money to enjoy my life and invest/save when I made 60k by myself. With my significant other we make a combined $130k and are doing what we want without worrying about money much. I don't know if this lady has significant debt or loans or what her lifestyle is like, but 80k+ is certainly enough to live in a nice place in a safe area of Houston. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
