Suing the restaurant is bs, she just wants the biggest cash payout possible.
TH rightfully fired the employee, and criminal and civil charges can be pursued against her, personally.
The victim sounds like a mega Karen, though. Didn't deserve that, but not shocking at all that someone got pissed at her. Or in turn is it shocking that she's going to try to become a millionaire from this.
EDIT: I've never attacked someone for shit they said to me. I have gone into a rage after being bullied and physically assaulted on two occasions (as in, in response to a cheap shot and then they tried to escape and I retaliated, so not technically self-defense).
