If you press the Check Rankings button, it will tell you the level ranges. Advanced Pain Cage is more or less the same as Intermediate, just with a higher difficulty floor. A future update will give us EX Pain Cage and I think that's for account levels 100-120. War Zone has the same general idea, with higher account level brackets meaning higher difficulty floors. --- The best way to avoid imitation is to make that imitation take effort.
