However, gun control is meaningless from a policy standpoint if it is not properly enforced. I'm just curious what CE thinks about gun control in this instance, regardless of your thoughts on rest of the Rittenhouse case/verdict. On the night of the Rittenhouse shooting, Gaige Grosskreutz, was carrying a handgun, tucked in his waistband, with an expired concealed carry permit. Which makes his possession of it in that manner illegal. He admitted to this under oath, should charges be brought against him? Only went with 4 poll choices to not dilute answers too much, go with whichever one you'd most agree with.
