My Top 10

1) Melee - still the best fighting game ever in my opinion. Ultimate is a close 2nd but doesn't quite have the speed and 'tech' (aka Nintendo oversights that became happy accidents) of Melee.

2) Wind Waker - incredible adventure game and my fave Zelda title. I had the same reaction as GOG - thought it looked silly and wanted a more realistic look, but within about 5 minutes of starting it, I realized it 100% worked and I was hooked.

3) Burnout 2 - Maybe the most improved sequel ever. Crash mode was tons of fun back in the day. Racing & pursuit modes were a precursor to Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit on PS3, another great one, even though it was single player.

4) Tony Hawk Underground - great story mode, fun to make custom tricks

5) Super Mario Strikers - Mario Kart of soccer games, good use of items, handles great, good fun to play co-op

6) F-Zero GX - you've got BOOST POWER. Insanely fast and chaotic. Good story mode races, even if the cinematics are uh ....questionable.

7) TimeSplitters 2 - not as good as the N64 FPSes, or even Future Perfect, but the story mode is solid, and I remember having lots of fun playing multiplayer virus mode

8) Soul Calibur II - Kilik main 4 life. Link was a very cool addition.

9) WarioWare: Mega Party Game$ - original WarioWare but multiplayer, so very good

10) Super Monkey Ball 2 - best Monkey Ball

HM: Viewtiful Joe, Star Fox Assault, Double Dash

Extremely good library at the top
