The premise is that the titular Archive is a place people can go to make statements about paranormal incidents in their lives. The main narrator is Jonathan Sims who was just promoted to be the head archivist. The previous one left the archive a disorganized mess, so he's essentially just going through and making audio recordings of whatever files he finds.
