Topic	What even is the point of Riverdale in this season

Combined with the fact that it's just the worst sort of anthology collection of shit happening... I am hoping it's the final season but I can't imagine how they would close it. Last season would have been the best ending point tbh Yep, none of the main characters interact unless its to have sex, theres no character development, and the mysteries have the most unsatisfying conclusions it makes the entire lead up feel like a waste of time. The first season was full of authentic character moments, Veronica and Betty bonding in the first episode, then fighting over Archie, only for Archie to reveal he doesnt feel good enough for Betty was a fun and subversive way to handle the classic love triangle. i cant even remember the last time Betty and Veronica talked in the show.
