We can die right now at this very second because of various circumstances. At any point, at any given time: -a asteroid could land in your obliterating everything including yourself -a truck driver could lose control of their vehicle and slam directly into your home, killing you instantly with little to no time time to react -a sink hole could form beneath your house and your entire house implodes turning whatever that's inside your house into a debris filled smoothie -a HUGE rockslide/landslide/avalanche occurs and your home is decimated in the process -a lightning bolt strikes you when you're walking during a storm/at home sleeping -your swimming on the beach with your friends/girlfriend and in an instant a great white shark hunts you down and everyone watches you die as they could do nothing to save you -the food you ate not too long ago wasn't properly inspected, undercooked or laced with a powerful poison and you die a slow painful death because of food poisoning/consumption of hazardous materials/overdose of a particular drug -a blood vessel in your brain could pop -your heart suddenly stops beating
