I hope you arent implying that there is anything amusing about people who might be too young or sensitive, seeing content that is intended for older and wiser viewers, and misunderstanding it in a way that leads them to harm themselves as a way to cope with trauma in their life.

a warning like that can be a useful thing to pop up in the peripheral view of a busy single parent noticing that their 4 year old found a way to get around the parental lock because children are all the way stupid and all the way smart at the same time

so grow up about that

Actual self harm is a seriously issue, but how it's used in the fictional ninja world of Naruto is not anything similar to people who cut themselves or worse in real life and the tag is strange, along with smoking tags.

Examples: Sasuke stabbing himself to free himself from fear, summoning and other blood jutsus.

If your 4 year old feels the need to hurt themselves to feel something, watching Naruto isn't the problem.
