I can agree that I wouldn't want to pursue a girl that is actively playing the field, I like to devote my attention to one person and prefer someone who does the same. I also agree that its smarter to cast a wide net, but even just the idea of handling a bunch of conversations exhausts me. I'm lazy and super introverted.

What I find strange is the expectation of exclusivity after three weeks of "talking" without a single date. You can always split the bill if paying for her bothers you, or even do something that doesn't cost money like a walk in the park or a home cooked meal (not exactly free but if you're gonna cook anyways it isn't hard to cook an extra portion). I don't think any person looking for a relationship is going to cut off all potential suitors without at least a few dates.

But yea, the chance is probably gone now anyways. What you said seems pretty passive aggressive and most people (especially those with options) aren't going to jive with that.
