I don't see how this isn't a clear cut case of self-defense to anyone with common sense. You can't say Rittenhouse had the intention of going out to kill people when he didn't shoot anyone who was not a threat to himself. The only people he shot were people who advanced toward him within strike range or physically hit him. A guy literally advanced toward him, raised his hands, and then fled... Rittenhouse didn't shoot.
